ROOF: Condition, drainage, roof penetrations, affects of foliage

PLUMBING: Supply & distribution, fixtures, waste & venting, water heater, related piping

ELECTRICAL: Service entrance, main panel, grounding, GFCI installation, branch circuits

HVAC: Function of heating and air conditioning system, Insulation and ventilation

INTERIOR: Walls, ceiling, doors, windows, flooring, railings & steps, smoke dectors, fireplaces

KITCHEN & BATH : performance of major components and installed appliances
